Rental Screening

 All applicants 18 years of age or older must submit a separate screening fee.

This non-refundable fee covers:

• Credit screening
• Background check
• Rental history verification

Please include the applicant's full name and the property address in the notes section when submitting payment.

Example:
Sarah Johnson – 170 SE Serenata Court

Once payment is received, applicants will be sent a secure screening invitation to complete the credit and background check. Screening results will be reviewed once all required information has been submitted.

 If two adults are applying, you may submit the screening fees together.
